What we promise.

If the first consultation shows that an amicable divorce is not possible at the moment: We tell you openly. The flat fee only applies once you sign the engagement in writing, so you pay nothing for a first consultation that points in another direction.

If you stop after signing the engagement: We charge a fair amount for the work already done and discuss it with you transparently before invoicing. Nobody pays for services that were not provided.

If the court requires exceptional additional work: We discuss it with you before any new costs arise. No additional charge without your prior written consent.

If you have legal expenses insurance: We check for you whether and to what extent the guidance is covered. Family law is often not insured, but in some situations it is.

Clarity starts with a conversation.
